Our Classes

All classes are designed to help you achieve your physical goals, through realistic exercises and options to challenge your body as you progress. Our studio is fitted with 8 beautiful, maple wood reformer beds on which you will find length, space and strength, as you’re transformed both physically and mentally.

Who are our group classes for?

Our reformer classes are suitable to anybody and every body, regardless of your age, ability or experience.

With classes of only 8 clients, your instructor will get to know you and your body, and then work to challenge and support you, wherever you are along your fitness journey.

Pilates is a low-impact, full body workout. With adjustable spring-loaded resistance, all exercises are modifiable to cater to your strength, flexibility and any injuries or concerns. Whether you are a beginner or professional athlete, Reformer Pilates is a perfect workout for you.

Duration of our group classes?

Group classes are 50 minutes, including a warm up and cool down.


Private Classes

At Centre Studios, we also offer 1:1 and 2:1 private Reformer Pilates classes.

Who are our private classes for?

Private classes are perfect if you are looking for an even more tailored approach to your Pilates practice.

Although available to anybody, private classes are a great option if you are after more sport-specific training, have injury complications, are pre or post-natal, need rehabilitation focussed movement or simply prefer a more personal approach.

Also great for first time users of the Reformer bed. If you prefer to give yourself a little more time to connect with your body and learn how to use the equipment to maximise your training before joining a group class of 6 - this would be a great start for you.

Once you have decided which class option is best for you, click here to view our timetable and book yourself into a class of your choice.

On arrival of your first class, your instructor will ask you about you, your body and your fitness goals. Be sure to mention any concerns such as injury, pregnancy or any other specific issues so they can modify your class to accomodate your needs.
